Is your service really dust free?
We capture 95% of the dust using special filter vacuums (there is no such thing as 100% dust free)

Is there a strong odor?
No, we use enviromental friendly durable low odor polyurethanes

What color stains are available for my floor?
Many colors are available.

How long does the process take?
Most jobs are completed in 1 to 2 days

What type of finishes do you use?
We use the today's top quality finishes such as Bonakemi & Basic Coatings Low odor water based finishes are the standard today but we also offer solvent based oil finishes

Do you repair & install wood floors?
We repair & install most wood floor types

Can you remove carpet?
Yes, we remove carpet as well as the pad and tack strips (additional fee)

What if I need furniture moved?
It is possible to move certain furniture ask us for details (additional fee)

When can I walk on the floor?
Foot traffic is possible after 3- 4 hours

When can I put my furniture back in place?
Furniture may be returned after 2-3 days. It is recommended to allow the floor to cure for 2-3 days.

Can you fill holes and gaps?
Yes, this will be discussed during your estimate
